Step 1: Emergency Contact


The initial contact is key to a fast and effective restoration. Our certified restoration specialists will contact you within 15 minutes of your a initial call and guide you through several questions regarding the event. This will help our technicians speed up the response time and quickly address the situation using the proper equipment.


Step 2: Inspection and Damage Assessment


Our fire and smoke restoration technicians will then inspect and test each room of your home to determine the extent of the fire, smoke, and soot damage; allowing them to develop a clear and concise plan of action.


Step 3: Immediate Board-Up and Roof-Tarp Service


In severe cases, fire damage can compromise your walls, roof, and windows. In order to protect against further damage to your property, Shamrock Restoration specialists can board up any missing windows and walls and and cover damaged roofs.


Step 4: Water Removal and Drying (If Necessary)


If water damage is present, our technicians will begin the water removal process as-soon-as-possible. The majority of the water will be removed immediately using pumps and vacuums, followed by the dehumidification to remove the remaining moisture.


Step 5: Smoke and Soot Removal


Our technicians use specialized equipment to remove smoke and soot from all surfaces affected (walls, ceilings, etc.)


Step 6: Cleaning and Sanitizing


Our technicians use a variety of techniques and eco-friendly chemicals to clean all of your restorable belongings to pre-fire condition.


Step 7: Restoration


The final step. Our technicians specialize in returning your home to its pre-fire condition. In most cases, the contents of your home can be restored on-site, but may need to be moved to an off-site cleaning facility if the damage is severe.
